2. Products & Availability

• All products are described as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur.

• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be made in full before an order is shipped.

4. Shipping

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 7-15 business days after they are received.
• Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent so you can follow its delivery every step of the way.
• We carefully package all items; however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to jars that may occur during shipping. All shipments include $100 of insurance coverage per package. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You will your package and tracking number to do so.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales all final.

• Please note that all purchases are final and not eligible for refunds, regardless of condition.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper storage, or handling of our products.

• All products are intended for lawful consumption and use only.
